Priced on what the service actually processed
One metered unit: posts processed. A post counts when your Collector sent it and the service enriched it in the current billing period. Posts a filter skipped are not metered, and downloading results you already have never counts again. Prices are monthly, in pounds sterling. No VAT charged.

Billing questions
What counts as a processed post?
A post your Collector sent and the service enriched during the current billing period. A post that was filtered out does not count, a post sent again within 24 hours is a duplicate and is not metered again, and downloading a job's results as CSV or JSONL - as often as you like - never counts again.
What happens when I hit the allowance?
On every plan, jobs stop at the allowance. Nothing runs past it and nothing is charged beyond your plan's monthly price. The allowance starts again with the next period - your billing month on a paid plan, every 30 days from sign-up on Free - or you can move to a larger plan.
How do I change plan?
From the dashboard. Your first paid plan opens Stripe Checkout. Once you have a subscription, every plan button opens the Stripe billing portal instead, where you change plan, update your card or cancel - so you are never billed for two subscriptions at once. Plan entitlements change when Stripe confirms the subscription, never before.
Do prices include VAT?
No VAT is charged. SVG ASSOCIATES LTD, which trades as Power Scraping, is not registered for VAT, so the price shown is the price you pay.
Can I buy as a private individual?
No. Paid plans are sold to business customers only: before checkout you confirm that you are buying for your trade, business or profession.
Is there anything to install?
Yes: the Power Scraping Collector extension, on desktop Chrome, Edge or Brave, on every plan. Collection runs in your own browser under your own Instagram login; we never see your Instagram password. Automatic mode can put your Instagram account at risk of warnings, temporary action blocks or restrictions - read what that means before you turn it on.
Do seats cost extra?
No. Each plan includes its seats — one on Free and Pro, ten on Agency. Billing is on posts processed, not on people.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
When a paid subscription ends, your account returns to Free, and the Free plan's 7-day retention applies from then on: records older than 7 days are deleted. Download what you need as CSV or JSONL before you cancel. You can ask for any target's data to be deleted earlier at any time.
